How to donate goods

House Collections

Our experienced drivers cover the North West Area collecting donated goods from doorsteps throughout the region and deliver them to our shops on a daily basis. The van operation is paramount to our shops success and the generosity of our supporters clearing out their cupboards is one of our lifelines to help us raise funds to continue our vital work. We are always in need of good quality ladies and men’s clothing as well as shoes, bags and jewellery - in fact we need and will take most things that you do not want or need anymore. So when you fill that bag that drops through you letter box you are helping us make a difference. Our supporters have a clear out on a regular basis and deliver their donated goods direct to their local shop - but don’t worry if you have too many bags to handle yourself - we are happy to take your details and arrange for one of drivers to contact you direct.

Drop off in-store

You can drop off your donated goods at any of our shops in the North West. Click here to find your nearest shop.

Encourage your company to become a corporate partner

We have excellent connections with several corporate partners who donated goods a regular basis, such as QVC and through their generosity we have been able to raise in excess of £100,000. We are always looking for new corporate partners.

Offices and Schools

Many offices and schools like to do their “bit” for the foundation and to make it easier for you to donate through your workplace we can arrange to have charity sacks delivered to your place of work for you to take home and fill – then just bring them back to your workplace and we will make arrangements to pick them up. Alternatively we can supply you with a donated stock/recycling box that can be placed in your premises as a permanent and ongoing collection point – just pop the odd pair of unwanted shoes/dress or handbag in on your way to your desk – one or two items per person soon fills the box and is an easier way to help us if you don’t have the time to fill a bag.

Pop in the post

You can also send us your donated goods in the post. Please address to Retail Department, Cotton Exchange Building, Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9LQ
