Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payments are processed via Worldpay or Paypal (including all major credit/debit cards). PayPal now allows for guest logins, so you do not need a PayPal account to complete payment.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake
has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

The Roy Castle Retail Returns and Cancellations Promise
You have a statutory legal right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods; however we offer a promise which extends this period. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us, unused and in its original packaging, within 21 days, for a product refund (including the standard outbound postage and packaging charge, inbound postage and packaging charges will be at the cost of the customer) or replacement.
If you return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt ROY CASTLE RETAIL will issue your refund within 14 days of receipt by ROY CASTLE RETAIL of the undamaged goods. If such return is outside of the 14 day statutory period but is within ROY CASTLE RETAILís 21 day return period then ROY CASTLE RETAIL will issue your refund within a reasonable period.
If the product you have ordered is unavailable ROY CASTLE RETAIL may supply you with a suitable substitute.
If you do not wish to accept this substitute you may return it to ROY CASTLE RETAIL and we will issue you with a full refund.
The promise does not apply to:-
Any products which are returned to ROY CASTLE RETAIL which have suffered "wear and tearĒ may be refunded at a price which is lower than that paid by the customer, this is at the sole discretion of ROY CASTLE RETAIL.
- Products which have been personalised to your requirements, for example where a name or a photograph supplied by you has been added to a product
- Videos, CDs, tapes or computer software once you have opened them Perishable products (e.g. food and flowers)
- Periodicals or magazines
- Goods were hygiene could be an issue for example ear rings
No reductions will be made to any refund owing solely to damage to packaging which was reasonably required to inspect the goods.
NB: Bespoke goods and goods which deteriorate or expire rapidly are not subject to the above returns policy or ROY CASTLE RETAIL 21 day promise.

Damaged, incorrect or substitute Products
If you receive damaged products, the wrong product is sent to you by mail order or we supply you with an unsuitable substitute for a product which is unavailable, you should notify us as soon as possible. You may return the products for a replacement or full refund. Any such refund will include all postage and packaging charges which have reasonably been incurred by the customer.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Until the product is returned to us, you must take reasonable care of it and ensure that it is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.
Mail Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order before you receive the product please call our Customer Services team on 0151 486 3282. However, we cannot guarantee at what stage in the process your order is.
If you cancel your order in accordance with this policy, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item and the itemís normal delivery charge.
Please note, if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge. You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us at your cost.
